I don’t know what happened here. I think she may have moved a bit while the camera shutter was closing, but I like the blur, image on image effect. And this does show her in full Diva mode.

I love the B&W shot. What would be even better is if one item (like the glasses) was in color while the rest stayed as is. Not sure how one would go about doing that though.
