Just Another Wordless Wednesday…

December 2, 2009 by Shan

I’m dreaming of a white Christmas…

I would love to wake up one December morn and find this kind of scene outside my window. I have never seen snow fall. And I LOVE snow, Winter, Autumn…all the cold stuff. I have been so deprived…

Me too! I feel bad wishing for snow because my dad is a truck driver and it would mean no work for him…but 4 feet of snow on a Thursday night would be great!

I love snow! I live in Michigan so I get tons of snow! I have spend many hours outside in the Northern Michigan snowmobiling while it snowed. Nothing better! =)

I used to feel the same way when I lived in CA. But then again, if it did snow at all, and stick to the ground, school would be canceled, and it would be melted the next day.

Then I moved here where it snows all winter (we've already had some snow) and I had to walk to school in it every day. I didn't own snow boots or anything, so my feet were always wet and cold, and I was always so scared I would fall. Then the snow would turn an icky brownish black color because it had been there for months and I decided I really could live without snow. Don't even get me started on having to drive in the snow.

It is gorgeous when it covers the evergreens like that. We get enough here in Wisconsin. By spring I'm ready for it to leave.

You've never seen snow fall!? Not ever. Oh no. I too love the cold, winter, fall, etc. This time of year is my favorite.

We get snow here in Arkansas yearly, but it's random. We are about to have snow, actually. It's wet and the temperature is dropping. I am betting we'll have snow tonight and tomorrow morning.

For real, we are projected to get a nasty wintery mix overnight, I will take pictures of there is a pile of crappy snow when i wake. I hate winter. Blah.

My parents got a smattering of snow. As dad put it, "Big fluffy flakes for all of 2 minutes"… (they live south of San Fran in "the Valley").
