I have to admit that we have never watched any of these movies before, but this one looks like tons of fun. I am very excited about having a family movie night with this DVD. Besides, what’s cuter than talking dogs?

Here’s a little plot summary:

It’s Halloween, and Disney’s irresistible talking puppies are back in an all-new movie that takes them far across town to a mysterious mansion where something very spooky is going on. With the help of some unexpected new friends, including a friendly ghost, this trick-or-treat adventure is howling-good Buddy fun.

In a race against the Halloween Hound, the Buddies and their new friends, Pip, Zelda, Rodney and Skip must stop Warlock the Magician – and save the world from his dastardly deeds.

Doesn’t it sound like a cute movie? The Diva is looking forward to watching it. I think she said something about wearing her Cinderella dress and wielding a wand…

I will be offline for a couple of days for scheduled maintenance. I am doing a clean install of Windows 7 PRO, which means I will have to back up all my important files, wipe my hard drive clean and reload all of my programs and files. I am backing up my files to a program called Drop Box which is one of those online storage places. You can get 2GB of storage for free or pay for more. I’m paying the $9.99/month fee to get 50GB. I am also going to copy everything to disks just for that extra assurance. And if my freaking LightScribe disk program would work, this would all go much faster.

I know this would be much easier if I had an external hard drive, but I don’t. And I need one that is at least one terabyte. Unfortunately, the external hard drive I want is more than I can afford right now. I hope I copy everything I am supposed to copy. Otherwise I’m kind of screwed.

Pray for me.

If you hear of some red headed woman in SoCal going crazy at a Microsoft store, you’ll know that this ended badly and I am taking out my vengeance on those who created the beast that caused me such pain and frustration.

Again, pray for me.

If I lose any of my clients’ files or my baby girls’ pictures, I will lose it.

LOSE. IT.

If it all goes well, I will do a tutorial on how to wipe your hard drive clean, back up your files and reinstall everything, including Windows 7 PRO. If it all goes to hell in a hand basket…see statement about 6 sentences above.

Hello there Inmates! How have you been? I know, I have been neglecting my bloggy. I’m sorry. I have been busy making other people’s blogs look pretty. And getting them from one blogging platform to another. That is not simple. It takes time and a lot of hard work.

And creativity.

You can’t just switch that on and off like a light. No, creativity comes when it comes.

If you try to force it, you will find yourself staring at a computer screen with a headache and bleeding eyes.

And confusion.

The kind of confusion that leaves you unable to remember how to make boxed mac ‘n’ cheese.

I’m not kidding.

I want to announce that I will hopefully be bringing back Shan’s Week~End Wordles this coming Saturday.  I was recently given the link to a new wordle engine and it’s FABULOUS. You can make shapes and really customize this one. I’m in love. The only problem is that you must have Microsoft Silverlight installed on your computer and mine is having issues. I get errors each time I try to install. I have a help ticket in right now and I am anticipating it being all fixed before the weekend.

Hey there inmates! I have a couple of things I would like to share with you today. I have been very busy making pretty blogs for people and getting them switched over to WordPress. I am also working on the Brandy’s Battle Fundraiser Auction.  We still need bigger ticket items to auction off, such as, amusement/water park passes, spa days, a house, a new car, a Nikon DSLR…{Kidding…sort of….} If your interested, contact me using the form here. Ok first up is Letters To Breathe. It’s a very cool site where you can publish that letter you never had the courage to send, tell off that person that hurt you or tell a family member how you feel without actually having to say it to their face.

Have you ever had something to say to someone but couldn’t because of the potential repercussions? Maybe your boss is a jerk, or your friend hurt your feelings- at Letters to Breathe you can read and submit anonymous letters to anyone, about anything.  There are no limits or rules (which means there is some cussing on the site!).  There are letters to the deceased, to ex-lovers, to companies, even to God.  Submitting a letter is easy and free, and always anonymous- you don’t even have to put in your email address, and even if you do it is not public.

Reading and commenting on the letters is also a great therapy, you may see others in your position and be able to offer advice or support. You may not agree with a letter, feel free to say what you feel- even in the comments.  Being able to get these things off your chest by commenting or submitting a letter can help you to finally ‘breathe’ again.

Next up are a few cool things I found that I thought you might be interested in…Ok they are actually from my Big Bro, but they are really good, in my opinion, and I wanted to share them with you. Who is going to fault me for nepotism on my own site?

Big Bro has come up with a way to help us Moms flatten our bellies post-baby and it won’t cost you an arm and a leg. Hell I don’t think it will cost you anything at all. So go check this out and give it a shot. Couldn’t hurt right? Swimsuit season is upon us and you can’t hide anything in those damn things!

Big Bro also found Trunki luggage for kids. They come in really cool colors/ shapes and your kids can ride on them if they get tired of walking to the other side of the damn airport. BONUS: there will be no mistaking who the luggage belongs to. They even have one that looks like a ladybug and you know The Diva will go crazy for that. And the fact she can ride it like a pony.

Then he found a way to make a toddler safe PC using Linux. Or is it Ubuntu? I don’t know. All I know is it looks like you can let your kid play on a computer without fear that she will use your credit card, accidentally get to a porn site or crash your hard drive. And those are always plusses in my book. Oh and it has Eskimos. I like Eskimos. They’re so dang cute!
