Just Another Wordless Wednesday…{First Day Of Kindergarten}
Last Wednesday, The DIva started kindergarten. SHe was very excited. Tired, but excited. ANd as any good Mom should, I took pictures. None are teen years blackmail worthy though.
Damn it.
She wouldn’t look at the camera and smile.
But isn’t her outfit adorable? I just love a little girl in plaid. It’s all so dang cute!
She picked frogs for her backpack and matching lunch box. Frogs. I expected TinkerBell.

She is too cute! My son starts kindergarten in September. He is soo excited for school to start…and so am I! Glad she had a great time!

She picked it out. She had a choice between frogs, monkeys, TinkerBell and the Disney Princesses. She wanted frogs. And NO ONE has the same backpack as her, so that makes me happy. We got it at Target for $14.99. The lunch box was $12.99. THEN I find out if I had gone to Toys R Us, we could have gotten the lunch box free.
Damn it. LOL

Those colors look great on her! Neat that no one has the same back pack too! I never realized her hair was so dark before! they grow up to darn fast! throw some bricks on her head to slow her down!

Aw she’s adorable Shan! I love her outfit …. and frogs are awesome lol. Kindergarten doesn’t start until next Wed for Owen and he’s already picked out a Lego Batman shirt to wear with his ‘cool dude’ *as he calls them* plaid shorts lol. I hope she had a great first day of school!
She is absolutely beautiful. Look at that dark hair and smile! I like the frogs too. We just had our first day at kindergarten yesterday — have fun!
What an exciting day! I hope she loved it and looks forward to many years of learning.
