This is what happens when the real estate industry gets greedy and buyers get stupid. But why does it always end up across the street from your house?
An agent brought a a perspective buyer to see this poor house over the week~end. She was too afraid to go in and we watched her stand in the front yard looking freaked out. It was kind of funny.

Dh said that real estate agents will pick out 1 or 2 houses on purpose to give the buyers a for sure “no” choice to help them get to a “yes” faster. I am sure this house was on the no list. WOW

I know Susan. This neighborhood isn’t new r wonderful but it’s decent. That house has been abandoned for almost two years and this is the first activity we have seen about it. I have called the graffiti abatement department to come and fix all of that, called code enforcement…the bank won’t fix the house and the county departments wont either. It’s so frustrating!
That’s too bad! I’d be pretty upset too! (((hugs)))

Yikers!!! I would of been afraid too! the roof looks like it may collapse too! What if you called the health department? could they do something? I would think it would attract rats or worse!
